  I have been using Hillcrest Insurance Agency for my personal and business insurance needs for about ten years. I live and work in Altamonte Springs, about 30 miles from Hillcrest's office in Mt. Dora. There are plenty of insurance agencies closer to home but there is a lot to be said for the "small town" customer service Hillcrest provides.   Mary and I have lived in Florida for twelve years. Six as snow birds while wintering in Bonita Springs and six living here in Mount Dora full time.
  
  As a retired businessman I have always been willing to spend whatever time is required to stay on top and understand all the things I should.
  
  I have finally realized that as I get older some things are being made more and more difficult. I am sure it is not because I have lost any of my ability to understand and administer things like: Car Insurance

  Well maybe I have lost some of my ability. When my grandkids visit I get them to retrain me on my cell phone and TV remote. Since their last visit I can send a text and I have a new ring tone. Next visit I will get then to teach me how to take a picture with my cell phone and even send it someone. Am I good or what. Wow!
  
  In my quest to make my life a little simpler I found myself getting information about my Insurance Carriers from the television or radio. This was not helping to simply my life. I was hearing things like:

  Since I became more and more concerned about my insurance needs I decided to look for a better agency.
